1. The standard shipping charge is clearly displayed alongside the price of each gift. To determine the specific shipping cost for your chosen gift, simply add it to your shopping cart and enter the delivery zip code. Our system will automatically calculate the shipping options and charges based on the delivery area.
2. Please be aware that there may be unexpected service delays in some areas due to bad weather or natural disasters. In such cases, kindly allow an additional 1 to 2 days for the estimated delivery date.
3. Rest assured, if our delivery partner misses the promised delivery date, we will promptly refund the shipping costs within 4-5 business days. However, please be aware that if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, it does not qualify as a delivery failure.
4. Some of our gifts require the presence of an individual over the age of 21 due to alcohol laws.
5. It is essential to note that during the months of November and December, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to the high demand placed on shipping services.

7. In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address or a need to change the delivery, our Customer Experience team is here to assist you, but please bear in mind that fees and restrictions may apply once a package has been shipped.
8. Delivery to remote rural areas, military bases, convention centers, cruise ships, and airports may present challenges. If encountered, we will contact you by phone to arrange alternate delivery options.
9. When delivering to hospitals, please provide the recipient's room number and ensure that they are not scheduled for discharge during the expected delivery window. For funeral flower orders, kindly include the name of the deceased and the name of the funeral home to ensure a successful delivery.
10. In the event that no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will use their discretion to determine a safe location to leave the arrangement or attempt delivery at a later time.
11. During peak holidays like Valentine's Day, Christmas, and Mother's Day, we recommend ordering in advance to ensure delivery on or before the holiday (with the above restrictions still applicable).
