- When delivering to hospitals, please provide the recipient's room number and ensure that they are not scheduled for discharge during the expected delivery window. For funeral flower orders, kindly include the name of the deceased and the name of the funeral home to ensure a successful delivery.
- In the event that no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will use their discretion to determine a safe location to leave the arrangement or attempt delivery at a later time.
- During peak holidays like Valentine's Day, Christmas, and Mother's Day, we recommend ordering in advance to ensure delivery on or before the holiday (with the above restrictions still applicable).
