  10. In the event that no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will use their discretion to determine a safe location to leave the arrangement or attempt delivery at a later time.
  11. During peak holidays like Valentine's Day, Christmas, and Mother's Day, we recommend ordering in advance to ensure delivery on or before the holiday (with the above restrictions still applicable).
